Exhibit Pros Trade Show Displays & Booths is looking for an ambitious professional to be our Junior Project Coordinator. You will be learning our industry and training on our project management platforms, answering new client inquiries, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and answering client and vendor correspondence. The career path for this role leads to a Project Manager position.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Manage & prioritize complex event trade show planning/coordination & completion of trade show forms.
- Collaborate with vendors, shipping, graphics, etc...
- Process work orders, submittals, and material requisitions.
- Regularly engage with clients via email and phone to maintain client accounts.
- Will be trained in developing bids processing orders.
- Will be trained on several project management platforms, Monday.com, Exhibit force, IntelliEvent
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree at minimum.
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years experience with event planning, conventions, and trade shows preferred.
- Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Adaptable to change and able to execute quickly, meeting deadlines.
- Resourceful & effective problem solver with analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong editing/proofing skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Photoshop & Adobe/Illustrator skills a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain newly learned information
